with the intention to re-examine how the industry was tackling a growing issue in vehicle repair – the “ADAS Dilemma”. One benchmark we used in our process of solving this dilemma was to eliminate the confusion and chaos that occurred when air-bag repair was introduced to the collision industry. While participants eventually solved that problem through trial & error, the solution should have been addressed more thoughtfully.
Our goal was simple; provide the right information, at the right time, to the right person and improve the knowledge of all stakeholders under siege by the ADAS dilemma.

The right information – we provide the best information in the industry related to vehicle safety systems and simply marry it with information traditionally gathered during the estimation process.
The right time – the best time to understand the vehicle’s safety systems that will require repair is by identifying them before you even start the estimation process.
The right person – think of it this way; our solution is the equivalent of placing the ADAS knowledge of your best technician in the palm of the hand of your least experienced estimator. This approach creates a positive disruption of the traditional role of the estimator and empowers them by providing them usable ADAS information on the vehicle.
